O

Movement, culture, food, and connection — experienced slowly, locally, and intentionally.

Join me for a 5-night, 6-day retreat designed for women who crave strength, curiosity, and meaningful experiences. Together, we’ll move our bodies, explore medieval hill towns, cook and eat well, and experience Italy not as tourists — but as locals, if only for a while.

Retreat Dates: October 29 – November 3, 2025
We’ve chosen this window to land right in the heart of Umbria’s olive harvest and pressing season. During this time, local olive mills open their doors for Frantoi Aperti — a beloved seasonal celebration of freshly pressed olive oil, village tastings, cultural events, and hands-on experiences you won’t want to miss.

This Is Not a Typical Retreat

This experience was created for women who want more than a packed itinerary or a luxury façade. It’s for those who value movement, culture, good food, and genuine connection — and who want to experience Italy in a way that feels grounded, human, and real.

The pace is intentional. The group is small. The experiences are local and deeply considered. You’ll leave feeling stronger in your body, nourished by community, and inspired by the beauty of everyday Italian life.
