Frequently Asked Questions

Is this retreat right for me?

This retreat is designed for women who value movement, curiosity, good food, and meaningful experiences. You don’t need to be an experienced traveler, athlete, or “wellness person.” If you’re open, curious, and excited by the idea of exploring Italy slowly and intentionally, you’ll feel very at home here.

How physically demanding is the retreat?

Movement is a supportive part of the experience, not the focus. Morning strength sessions are accessible and adaptable, and the e-bike day is designed to be enjoyable for all levels. Nothing is mandatory — you’re always invited to participate in a way that feels good in your body..

What’s included — and what’s not?

Your retreat includes accommodations, airport transfers from Rome Fiumicino, daily breakfasts, villa-prepared meals, one cooking class, dining out on select days, morning movement sessions, curated cultural experiences, and guided excursions.
Flights to and from Rome, travel insurance, and personal shopping or extras are not included.

How do meals work during the retreat?

We enjoy a thoughtful mix of meals prepared together at the villa and dining out at local restaurants, along with one hands-on cooking class. Shopping in local markets and cooking together allows us to experience Italy as locals do, while still having the freedom to eat out when we want. This balance keeps the rhythm relaxed, nourishing, and flexible.

What is the group size and overall vibe?

The retreat is intentionally small to create ease, connection, and a sense of community. The vibe is warm, grounded, and welcoming — no forced bonding, no rigid schedules. Just a group of women sharing meaningful experiences in a beautiful setting.

What if I have questions before booking?
